Is my donation eligible for Gift Aid?

If you are a UK taxpayer, yes. Gift Aid allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give, at no extra cost to you. You can add Gift Aid when you donate through our donation form.

What does my donation actually provide?

Donations fund the three things that most often keep children out of school: uniforms, meals and clean water. As a guide, around £12 provides a school uniform, around £5,000 installs a complete school water system, and £20,000 funds a school farm subsidising meals for 1,500 children for a year.

Yes. Monthly giving is the most valuable way to support us, because steady funding lets us commit to schools for whole terms. Donations are processed securely by Donorbox, and you can change or cancel a monthly gift at any time.

We work with schools and communities across Africa, with current projects focused in Kenya, including school uniform, feeding-farm and water projects in Kibera and the surrounding communities.
