What we do · School meals

Hungry childrencan't learn.

For many children, the meal they get at school is the most reliable meal of the day. We partner with local schools — and build school farms — so that meal is always there.

Children receiving school meals

The barrier

School competes with hunger — and loses

A child who hasn't eaten can't concentrate. Proper nutrition is essential for cognitive development, and when there's no meal at school, attendance and attention both collapse. Hunger usually wins.

Our answer

Nutritious meals, grown to last

We provide nutritious school meals that keep children in class and focused on their studies, not their hunger — and we fund school farms that grow food on site, so feeding children doesn't depend on the next donation.
